• All accommodations are charged 10.5% Florida Sales Tax.
• Rates are based on 4 occupants. Additional persons are $15.00 nightly.
• Maximum occupancy in all accommodations is 4-6 people.
• Holiday periods and weekends may be subject to minimum stays and rates.
• Reservations are confirmed with the guests credit card. Cancellations or changes must be made 30 days prior to arrival, or a one night stay plus tax will be assessed as a penalty fee.
• There are NO cancellations or changes after arrival.
• On day of arrival, guaranteed rooms via credit card will be posted to credit card. If credit card is declined, the room will NOT be reserved.
• Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club Card, Cash and Traveler Checks may be used for payment. Sorry, NO personal or business checks will be accepted on the day of arrival.
• The room balance with tax is due upon arrival.
• Hours for Lobby and Reservations are: 8:00 a.rn. to 10:00 p.m. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
• Late checkouts may be available for a fee. Please inquire at front desk.
